Spring Equinox Open Day
Join us on Saturday 22nd March to celebrate spring and help support a vital local charity. If you haven’t been to Kabbala before, come and see what we’re all about. If you’re a regular, maybe try out a class that’s new to you, or introduce a friend to the Kabbala community. Classes will run for 45 minutes and will cost a donation of £5. Goody bags, including a class pass, will be available for £6 each.
All class proceeds will go to the Clevedon District Foodbank. In addition to food parcels typically containing at least three days’ worth of meals, the foodbank also provides a safe environment where volunteers will offer a listening ear and are specially trained to know about local services and offer practical guidance. Alongside food donations from the local community, the foodbank relies on monetary donations to help with their running costs.

Ways to implement these strategies and techniques into your everyday life.
Coming to Kabbala in April
Confessions of a Teletubby
Join us at Kabbala Studio at 87 Hill Road, Clevedon where we will be hosting a theatre event with Nikky Smedley, ‘Confessions Of A Teletubby'. Nikky’s background in dance theatre, pop music and cabaret informs all that she does in weird and wonderful ways. Of course we know her best as LaaLaa the Teletubby, a role that led to several years in education and as an original children’s writer and storyteller. 'Confessions Of A Teletubby', however, is very much a show for grown-ups! Secure your tickets now through the Kabbala site for £15, which includes a glass of wine or soft drink. Concession rate tickets are available for £12 and are eligible to those over 65, those on state benefits and blue light workers.
