Meet Our Family Of Teachers

  • Jude H

My yoga teacher said, “you don’t find yoga, yoga finds you”

Judith started practicing yoga about 14 years ago. Initially it was just to help her stretch after running, little did she know then the full effects that yoga would have on her physically, mentally and spiritually. She’d always been active but needed something that would channel her energy.

Judiths approach is to use yoga as a tool to develop strength, inner calmness and self awareness.

Her style of yoga teaching has changed over the years and she enjoys practicing and teaching a slow flow Vinyasa class, connecting the breath with graceful forms of movement which gives us space to really feel into the body.

  • Nicola

Nicola comes from a background in dance and developed a passion for yoga in her 40s. Since qualifying she has been teaching in a variety of settings, including a local gym, private classes, 1:1 classes, and teaching for a local charity as well as specialising in working with older people in residential settings.

Her passion is to use yoga to support people to feel empowered and confident in their bodies as well as enhancing mental and emotional well being.

  • Laura

Laura discovered yoga in her teenage years and has been joyfully exploring and evolving with it ever since. For her, yoga is a pathway to resilience, balance, and a deeper connection—both on and off the mat. Her teaching style is infused with playfulness and embodiment, creating a space where yogis can explore their practice with curiosity and ease. With a strong foundation in bodywork, Laura often incorporates gentle, intentional adjustments to help students find a felt sense of the asanas, consciously uniting movement with breath to find that place of pause and peace.

  • Jenny

Jenny discovered yoga when first travelling in India but didn't find her practice until several years later. She was inspired to study ashtanga teacher training when living in Spain and then decided to return to India for more training. She is constantly learning and forever a student of yoga.

Now qualified in ashtanga, vinyasa, yin and pre and post natal yoga.

  • Tracy

    Tracy

After retiring early five years ago, Tracy retrained as a fitness coach and pilates instructor. She also teaches suspension, and is a Leader in Running Fitness but particularly loves pilates as it can be practiced anywhere and has a significant and noticeable difference in body shape and strength. Tracy have lived in Clevedon for almost 10 years, and when she is not at the Kabbala Studio she can often be found swimming in the marine lake.

  • Zoe

Zoe is a recently qualified Pilates instructor with a passion for movement and its power to transform both body and mind.

She discovered Pilates after having her two children, and it completely changed the way she moves and feels—helping her build strength, improve balance, and find a sense of calm she never thought possible! After leaving her career in healthcare management, she was inspired by her own Pilates journey to help others experience these same benefits.

She believes movement is for everyone, and her classes are designed to meet you where you are—whether you want to build strength, improve mobility, or simply take time to reset.

  • Neil

Neil has over 50 years experience teaching Tai Chi, Yoga and other martial arts. He comes from the Shaolin tradition and has studied with great masters over the years.

  • Seb

Seb is a traditional hatha yoga teacher. He teaches with attention to detail and an understanding that one pose does not fit all and offers various practices to suit the individual. His clear guidance, calming voice, and understanding of yoga make his classes unique and an experience that will leave a lasting effect on those that have attended.
