Morning Energiser with Howard
Start the week with a focused energising early morning flow to get you going on a Monday!
This style of yoga is fine for everyone who wants to increase energy but also a sense of controlled relaxation through conscious breathing techniques.
It’s suitable for all who have done any yoga classes before and will be tailored to suit your needs.

Tai Chi with Neil
Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact form of exercise in which practitioners perform a series of deliberate, flowing motions while focusing on deep, slow breaths. Often referred to as 'meditation in motion', Tai Chi aims to concentrate and balance the body's qi (vital energy), providing benefits to mental and physical health. It is highly beneficial to anyone suffering from stress and has a very calming effect on the nervous system.

Pilates Midday Refresh with Zoe
New class: starting 12th May
Come move with Zoe in this fun and energising Pilates flow! This class is designed for all levels, so whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, you’ll find movements that challenge and support you. Expect a mix of strength, balance, and mindful movement to help you bounce back from that midday lull and feel refreshed for the rest of your day. Zoe will guide you every step of the way, making sure you leave feeling strong, centered, and uplifted!

Beginners and Improvers with Jude H
Varied and dynamic beginners and improvers class. This is a perfect class for anyone who is relatively fit or has practised some yoga before. Suitable for all ages and body types.

Pilates Mat Class with Tracy
Pilates mat class, challenging the body with the use of strong breath and aiding with props such as weight disks, balls and bands to build core strength and resilience. Suitable for all levels. For a more challenging class try Strength Pilates.

Pilates with Tracy
A strongly physical Pilates mat programme working on core strength and focusing on deeper tissues, leading to increased overall flexibility, circulation, and easing range of movement.

Yin Yoga with Seb
A deep and calming practice restoring energy and aiding rest through deep, slow poses aided by the use of bolsters and bricks combined with a healing meditation to reset and cultivate balance within the body and mind.

Zumba with Clare
Zumba is a form of dance fitness, a mix of cardio and Latin inspired dance.
The standard Zumba class is a mix of high and low intensity, with interval style moves. The choreography uses all or some of sixteen core steps. There are four basic rhythms: salsa, reggaeton, merengue and cumbia!
This is a low pressure environment where everyone is welcome. A positive, fun space where we can enjoy learning new steps and rhythms together!

Hatha Yoga with Nicola
New class: starting 9th April
A new Hatha yoga class which will focus on exploring traditional yoga poses and gentle yoga sequences to build strength and flexibility. The classes will also include breathing techniques to balance body and mind.

Beginners Yoga with Jude
Simple flow for beginners or for those who have done some yoga before but want a simple fun class. Open to all ages, shapes and sizes and levels of experience of yoga. We will use props to adapt poses and make them more accessible. Modifications available for all abilities.

Re-energise with Howard
Suitable for anyone who is at all familiar with practising yoga at any level. Challenging but fun, the aim is to re-energise, reconnect and relax you after a long day.

Feel Good Flow with Jude
A gentle, pleasurable and energising sequence, to wake you up, get you moving and bring some balance and well being to your day.

Relaxing Yin with Sarah
Luxurious deep relaxation working deep into slow poses and long holds to build greater strength, flexibility and openness. Suitable for all levels. Can be modified to suit all abilities.

Yoga Mix with Jenny
Jenny’s Saturday Yoga Mix is a slow flow featuring balances and inversions. It combines a little bit of vinyasa, ashtanga and rocket and is unique to Jenny. It’s a strong class which is suitable for those who have practised a little yoga before or some other type of fitness regime. It includes long held poses to leave you feeling relaxed and stretched.

Foundations of Yoga with Seb
This class is suitable for all levels, including those new to yoga. The class will focus on proper postures (asanas), breathing, relaxation, positive thinking, and meditation.
These yoga basics can aid us in our day-to-day living - helping with flexibility, improving circulation, boosting energy and counteracting worry and fatigue.
We will work to achieve stillness of the mind, clarity of thought, heightened awareness, as well as physical strength and flexibility.

Sundaze Slow Flow with Laura
New class: starting 27th April
Ease into your Sunday with this playful yet grounding Vinyasa flow. In this class, we’ll move through creative sequences that honor the energy of the sun, building warmth and vitality before melting into a soothing, restorative flow. Uniting movement with breath the class will flow seamlessly from dynamic poses to calming stretches, leaving you feeling balanced, refreshed, and centered, ready to carry the art of focused flow into your coming week.
