Beginners and Improvers with Lisa
Varied and dynamic beginners and improvers class. This is a perfect class for anyone who is relatively fit or has practised some yoga before. Suitable for all ages and body types.

Simple Beginners Yoga with Seb and Fra
Taught by our Kabbala honeymoon couple, Seb and Fra Danti. Having two teachers means that one of them is available to help with adjustments and give you individual attention. Designed specifically for those starting out on the yoga journey. Please try and attend regularly as each class builds on the one before.

Strength Pilates with Tracy
A strongly physical Pilates mat programme working on core strength and focusing on deeper tissues, leading to increased overall flexibility, circulation, and easing range of movement.

Yin Yoga with Seb and Fra or Jude
A deep and calming practice restoring energy and aiding rest through deep, slow poses aided by the use of bolsters and bricks combined with a healing meditation to reset and cultivate balance within the body and mind.

Easy Flow with Jude
Simple flow for beginners or for those who have done some yoga before but want a simple fun class. Open to all ages, shapes and sizes and levels of experience of yoga. We will use props to adapt poses and make them more accessible. Modifications available for all abilities.

Teen Yoga with Rosie
Yoga for teens 11 to 17
Teenagers have never moved less & are living such intense lives, which is affecting their development both physically & mentally. So much pressure & so little break from it with social media being a normal part of daily life.
The physical benefits HUGE but the mental resilience, self-compassion & compassion to others that Yoga promotes are also essential for these Young people as they move into their most challenging years at school & then into the Big-Wide-World. Learning mindfulness techniques, discovering the power of a deep-connected breath & reminding them of the joys of being playful can be life changing.
