Kath is a local artist who is known for creating the large seascape painting featured in ITV's Broadchurch.

She enjoys working in a range of media including acrylic, watercolour and vitreous enamel.

Kath has always found solace in art and creativity. In fact, some Of her fondest early memories are Of learning to paint with her Grandad.

Her work is inspired by the beauty she notices in the world around her, both natural and man-made.

Kath says: ' I aim to capture a sense of escapism and peace within my work and hope it will evoke memories of happy moments'.

Kath is instinctively drawn to skyscapes, seascapes, landscapes and cityscapes and can be found recreating them on large-scale canvases, smaller-scale paintings or even copper panels and jewellery.
