We are extremely fortunate to have Neil as our teacher of Tai Chi on Mondays at 9.30am. Neil brings his deep experience of eastern martial arts to provide a class that combines relaxing movements that create a sense of calm, improve mental focus and well being, as well as helping us to maintain and develop better balance and muscle mass. It is particularly valued by older people seeking to stay flexible and in good physical and mental health. Classes are fun and varied, ranging from slow calming movements to more active routines that incorporate aspects of Qi Gong and Kung Fu. We are even learning words and phrases in Mandarin! New people are always welcome and no prior experience is expected.

Please make sure you book in advance as classes are usually very well attended.

Students of all levels are welcome, even complete beginners.
