Jude H
My yoga teacher said, “you don’t find yoga, yoga finds you”
Judith started practicing yoga about 14 years ago. Initially it was just to help her stretch after running, little did she know then the full effects that yoga would have on her physically, mentally and spiritually. She’d always been active but needed something that would channel her energy.
Judiths approach is to use yoga as a tool to develop strength, inner calmness and self awareness.
Her style of yoga teaching has changed over the years and she enjoys practicing and teaching a slow flow Vinyasa class, connecting the breath with graceful forms of movement which gives us space to really feel into the body.

Laura
Laura discovered yoga in her teenage years and has been joyfully exploring and evolving with it ever since. For her, yoga is a pathway to resilience, balance, and a deeper connection—both on and off the mat. Her teaching style is infused with playfulness and embodiment, creating a space where yogis can explore their practice with curiosity and ease. With a strong foundation in bodywork, Laura often incorporates gentle, intentional adjustments to help students find a felt sense of the asanas, consciously uniting movement with breath to find that place of pause and peace.

She also teaches suspension, and is a Leader in Running Fitness but particularly loves pilates as it can be practiced anywhere and has a significant and noticeable difference in body shape and strength. Tracy have lived in Clevedon for almost 10 years, and when she is not at the Kabbala Studio she can often be found swimming in the marine lake.

Alex
For me, the only goal of yoga is to finish the practice with a better connection to yourself and the world around you. In 2022 I was drawn to deepen my own relationship with yoga through a foundational training, but ended up absolutely loving sharing the practice with others, and have been teaching ever since! I teach Vinyasa Yoga which is a mixture of dynamic movement and stillness, with time to build the energy and find a deeper level of relaxation. I also have trained in Mandala Vinyasa Yoga, where we move 360 degrees around the mat, with sequences that are inspired by the elements. I love to bring yoga philosophy into my classes, drawing on some of the ancient teachings that we still benefit from today. In my free time I'll be out running on the trails or taking a dip in the lake. I also am an obsessive reader and passionate about a good pub.

Freya
Freya is a Pilates and yoga teacher who loves helping people move, feel good and feel more at home in their bodies. She’s a comprehensively trained Pilates teacher, including in pre- and postnatal Pilates, and also teaches yoga and Yin Yoga.
Having taught in London across studio classes, private sessions and corporate wellbeing, Freya is now based in North Somerset. Her classes bring together strength, flowing movement and time to slow down, reflecting her own love of staying active and finding balance.
Freya loves creating a welcoming space where people feel supported to try new things, challenge themselves and enjoy moving, whatever their experience or ability. There’s nothing better than seeing someone grow in confidence and leave class feeling stronger, refreshed and good about themselves.
